This year Annie graduated from the Let's Play Music program. It's a three year program, and a big commitment. She had such a great teacher, we love Miss Roseanne!
One of the graduation requirements was to compose and play your own song for the final recital. Annie composed this piece all by herself, and even made up a story to go along with it.
Miss Roseanne asked if she could enter Annie's song in the Arizona compostion contest, and a couple of weeks later, we recieved this email...
"Dear Annie,
You won! You won!! You won!!! You won the song writers contest! What an honor! There are over 300 students who participated in this contest, and to be chosen from that number is amazing! Congratulations, sweet Annie. I am very proud of you. Love and kises, Miss Rosanne"

Annie got a big trophy and was showcased at the 2010 Symposium in Mesa. Way to go Annie Bananie!
